SHIPPING POLICIES

Delivery Options

All orders are delivered into the home. The shipping method will depend on your location. For orders shipping to the NYC, DC, Philadelphia, and Boston areas, we ship with a blanket wrap carrier. All other locations will be sent boxed and palletized, unless otherwise noted. When placing your order, please note any delivery instructions that would be helpful for the carrier to know.

Transit Time

Transit time depends on the shipping location and carrier. Please contact us for an accurate timeframe for construction and shipping.

Damages

All orders are professionally packaged or blanket wrapped with great care. Damage is a rare occurrence, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please decline the shipment and contact us right away. This will allow us to handle any necessary returns, repairs, or replacements easily.

We will coordinate returns and replacements as quickly and efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for return of damaged items or replacements. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.

Returns/Exchanges

Once payment is submitted, orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.
